Draft Beer Service Technician (DST)
Job Description
The position of Draft Beer Service Technician (DST) is a position whose role is to service draft beer equipment. Candidates for this position can expect it to be very hands-on and mechanically based - but we provide you will all the ongoing training, tools, and resources you need to be successful!
Strong customer service skills are expected in this position as employees communicate with customers directly regarding assigned installations, timelines, route coverage, etc.

- Working knowledge of draft beer systems preferred
- Be results-driven and self-motivated
- Personal and reliable vehicle required

Position Responsibilities
- Assist with route coverage when needed including AM accounts and venues.
- Carry out quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) contracts
- Attend the necessary facilities to become Micro Matic certified if requested.
- Attend training deemed necessary by AHFP.
- Work with and provide training to other employees
- Maintain effective and professional working relationships with assigned accounts, sales representatives, and draft tech department personnel
- Effectively manage all equipment to include care and maintenance and inventory of assigned equipment and tools

Starting Salary
- Up to $18.00/hr + monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
Working Hours
Standard working hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Hours may vary and may require evening and weekend work depending on business needs
Travel
- Travel may be required as a part of this position. Travel will encompass AHFP's regional footprint and is usually limited to weekdays.
