Entry Level Qualifications:

• High School or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of alcoholism and drug addiction and its implications.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
• Valid State Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and walk frequently.
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods.
• Vision corrected to 20/40 and good hearing.
• One year of continuous verifiable sobriety if in recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and monitor Admissions Coordinators in handling incoming calls, chats, and emails with compassion and efficiency.
• Motivate and mentor staff to establish rapport with callers, address objections, and guide them to appropriate resources.
• Oversee internet inquiries and ensure prompt and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with Facility Admissions Director to maintain high standards of call handling and customer service.
• Monitor and facilitate data entry accuracy and timeliness.
• Uphold confidentiality standards according to 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA regulations.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating intake center staff.
• Foster a positive and cooperative work environment among team members and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to effectively manage staff and operations.
• Provide support as an Admissions Counselor when necessary.
• Complete necessary reports and administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness to ensure job performance in a safe manner.
