Lead Line Cook

Casa Nela is looking for full-time Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team at Claudette Restaurant. If you have a passion for French cuisine and a drive to hone your culinary career then we want to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS:
-Required to Open the restaurant and receive deliveries.
-Prior experience with production-preparing recipes, butchering and procedures
-Willing to jump into stations and assist various stations -Cooking in an high volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred)
-Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Familiar with industry's best practices, including department of health standards
-Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
-Positive attitude; a team player that's willing to assist others to provide the best possible guest experience every time!
