Deal Processor

We are looking for a Deal Processor to process sales orders as deals are turned in.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of processing Sales Orders as deals are turned in.
• Enter sales order with pricing in E-automate within 24hours of deals being turned in.
• Follow up on all deal paperwork until complete.
• Create and save lease invoice in the appropriate month in the admin drive for each lease deal and update with serials once delivered.
• Update equipment record and ship sales order in EAuto once equipment leaves Dex.
• Turn in shipped deal to the Regional Administrative Supervisor in a timely manner once all signed paperwork is received.
• Problem solver and liaison for Regional Administrative supervisor.
• Back up other Deal Processors when needed.
• Provide all reports, invoices and other documentation needed for Sales/Service branch level.

Experience and Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
