Murex Post Trade Support // Hybrid NY

Job Description:

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Ideal candidate must have functional and technical Corporate Bonds experience . Daily IT support of Murex application, project management and development. Interpersonal skills are required as there is constant interaction with Front office and other departments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop business requirements.
• Manage day-to-day application / user support group.
• Lead / assist in module testing / integration efforts.
• Support firm compliance process.

Required Skills:

• Strong Functional knowledge of financial markets
• Knowledge of Murex, murex workflow, datamart, etradepad, simulation
• Knowledge IRD (optional)
• Knowledge of Bonds (corporate bonds)
• Knowledge of Unix platform
• Must have a strong personality, logical and analytical skills.
• Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational skills.

Qualification:

• BS or higher degree in CS, MIS, EE, Mathematics or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in financial market support role
• Experience in working with FO users.
