Job Summary: HelloPrenup is seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney to help lead our legal content, contract management and attorney accounts. This role will play a crucial part in executing our company strategy, managing all attorney accounts and compliance, and working to expand internationally. This position requires a blend of expertise in technology law, contract law, and family law, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding of attorneys and ongoing attorney accounts and relationships
• Draft family law content in conjunction with experts from around the U.S.
• Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts for partnerships
• Help the Head of Legal manage the organization's intellectual property portfolio, including trademark filings and defense against infringement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state laws and modification to contracts as necessary
• Assist in customer discovery
• Legal research and information assembly

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States
• Strong expertise in family law
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of handling complex legal issues within a fast paced, evolving business environment.
