Role

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Facilities Manager, Equipment Manager), you'll oversee the maintenance of production equipment, manage the maintenance department, collaborate with production management for preventative maintenance scheduling, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of the company's buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment. You'll also be responsible for building and leading high-performing maintenance teams, overseeing contractors, and implementing measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies. Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
Strong verbal, writing, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with PLC, mechanical, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and industrial automation equipment.
Intermediate knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
