• Experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including:

  • workflow diagrams
  • traceability matrix
• Experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including:
  • Daily Scrum
  • Sprint Planning
  • Backlog Grooming
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Sprint Retrospective
• Experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.
• Experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience writing test plans and use cases.
• Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
• Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.

Duration: Through FY End with extension.

On-site: Only currently local candidates (within a commutable distance of 1.5 hours max) will be considered. Hiring manager is not interested in candidates who would need to relocate to accept role. Position will be hybrid, onsite 2 days a week.
