Job Description

Our financial services client, located in Columbus, Ohio, has immediate hiring needs for Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities will include contacting customers by telephone to collect past due payments.

Job Responsibilities:

Prior customer service experience
Good verbal communication skills
Dependability/Punctual, Accountable
Good written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Experience:

1+ year, handling collections
3+ years of customer service
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
