We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Aquatics Director,  Water Safety Instructor and/ or Lifeguard/ Camp Counselor for the upcoming summer program. This is an incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives while enjoying a rewarding and memorable summer experience. 

General Responsibilities: 

· Maintains order and safety in swimming areas and assists in enforcing pool policies. 

· Ensures and provides a safe, healthy & clean pool environment at all times. 

· Consistent and vigilant monitoring of the pool is required. 

· Responds quickly, efficiently, and professionally to any emergency. 

· Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of all pool rules and regulations and can enforce these regulations.

· Provides corrective and positive feedback to campers to foster a positive learning atmosphere.

· May work in other areas of the camp during inclement weather and hours when the pool is closed. 

· Supervise campers throughout the day.

· Lead activities as assigned.

Qualifications (REQUIRED): 

· Must be 16+ years of age and possess a current Lifeguard / First Aid / CPR / AED (within current 12 months) 

· Must be able to work and reside on our camp facility through August 9th. 

· Swim instructors must be in good physical and mental condition to provide lifesaving services. 

· Ability to exercise independent judgment and respond calmly to high-pressure emergency situations. 

· Ability to lift/move, set up, and store equipment and children weighing up to 50 pounds. 

· Genuine interest in working with children. 

· Fun-spirited and patient. 

Please note that all candidates must be willing and able to work the entire seven weeks of the program.
