In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling FlavorPass gift cards to customers visiting restaurants and cafes around the vibrant Las Olas area in Fort Lauderdale, FL. **Responsibilities:**

2. **Drive Sales:** Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage customers to purchase Empower Now gift cards, emphasizing the value and variety of dining experiences available through our platform.

3. **Provide Exceptional Customer Service:** Deliver a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, assisting with gift card purchases, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

4. **Maintain Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about Empower Now gift card offerings, restaurant partners, and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

5. **Meet Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management through proactive sales efforts and effective customer engagement strategies.

6. **Collaborate with Restaurant Partners:** Build positive relationships with restaurant staff and management to facilitate gift card sales and enhance overall customer experience.

**Requirements:**

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude.
- Familiarity with the Las Olas dining scene is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
