Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist

We are accepting applications for a full-time Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist based out of our corporate office in Watkinsville, GA. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, enjoy serving others, and have the ability to problem solve and think creatively. We are looking for someone who will align with our company's culture and values to introduce people to our company and strive for excellence through servant leadership. 

Primary Job Duties:

• Maintains Applicant Tracking System for company ensuring all open positions are posted and filled in a timely manner.
• Utilizes new and creative ways to recruit for hard to fill positions.  Maintains a talent pool of qualified candidates to anticipate future needs. 
• Leads recruiting efforts for multiple locations including phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, offer submissions, etc. 
• Coordinates with managers to determine current needs and anticipate future recruiting needs.
• Attends recruiting events such as job fairs.  
• Oversees onboarding for all employees in appropriate timelines.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, 40-hours per week (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm)
• Eligible for Full Benefits Package (Insurance Options, 401(k) with Matching, PTO, etc.)
• Based out of the company’s corporate Office in Watkinsville, GA
• Salary Range: $40-55k (plus bonus), Based on Experience
