Job Description

Family Owned Cleaning company is seeking a Pt Cleaning Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment as well as preparing empty apartments for move ins. No nights or weekend required. Work days are from 7am until jobs are complete.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings and apartments in clean and orderly condition
Perform some heavy cleaning duties such as mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning ovens, refrigerators, showers ect
Perform routine maintenance cleaning tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience preferred but not mandatory. Will train the right candidate.
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must be punctual
