Job Summary
Training Wheels ABA is an innovative behavioral health clinic, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are proud to serve the Austin community through our mission of empowering and enriching the lives of the children we serve! Training Wheels focuses on Early Intervention, providing therapy to early learners between the ages of 18 months and 10 years old.

Training Wheels ABA is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join and grow within our team!

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Manage and supervise team of fellow BTs, RBTs and kiddos (caseloads between 5-7)
  • Assess, create, and develop Individualized Treatment Reports for kiddos, in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct bi-weekly parent training with caregivers
  • Work directly with kiddos, modeling program implementation for caregivers and staff
  • Facilitate client and staff meetings, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of two years' BCBA experience providing and supervising ABA services to individuals with autism.
  • An active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing.
  • Hold and maintain applicable state-level credentialing for practicing BCBAs, if applicable.
  • Experience supervising behavior intervention programs.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Superior relationship-building and communication skills.

Successful completion of criminal history background check

Satisfactory reference checks

Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
