My Guys Moving & Storage is a dynamic company dedicated to growth and development. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a comprehensive 3-month paid training program, preparing you for success in either inside or outside sales. With potential earnings of $70,000 to $250,000+, this position is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their moving needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct consultations to assess clients' requirements and provide accurate quotes.
• Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our moving services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and meet revenue goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and operations teams for continuous improvement.
• Acquire hands-on experience with our products and services during the first month of training.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice, and diction.
