Seeking an experienced RN Manager for our Oncology department. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of infusion center, ensuring quality patient care, staff supervision, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, budget management, and fostering a positive work environment. The RN Manager will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, as well as participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and a current RN license, along with at least 3 years of Oncology experience.
