The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Job Site Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have proven team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, solid decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team on job sites to safely perform maintenance and cleaning in IT facilities
• Ensure our warehouse, vehicles and equipment are exceptionally maintained and prepared for each client project
• Write service reports following established guidelines
• Direct communication with clients on all projects
• Ensure scope of work is complete and level of service is above client expectation

• Production and efficiency oriented
• Love to work with your hands (mechanically inclined) equipment/auto maintenance skills a bonus
• Thrive on seeing a finished project
• Desires a position that offers many different responsibilities
• Takes pride in your attention to detail almost as much as your attendance record
• Scoff at terms like “physically demanding” and “able to lift 30 pounds”
• Spatial intelligence, good logic and problem-solving
• Effective communication skills
• Computer skills
• Like to occasionally travel and stay in a hotel
