Varsity Spirit is looking for a Plume Assembler/Milliner or a Feather Steamer/QC hand worker to join our S.A. Feathers team in Fort Myers, FL. Our facility is located at 5852 Enterprise Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33905.
Either of these roles is eligible for overtime and is compensated at $14.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility after the first month of hire. We use E-Verify for all new hires.
Plume Assembly
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting feather and acrylic plumes used in a variety of applications, such as marching band, military, masonic and equestrian. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a passion for creating visually stunning products.
Feather Steamer/Dye Shop Assistant
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and processing of feathers for various applications, including the sorting, steaming, and dyeing of feathers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
