The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top candidates into the organization. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring and collaborate with hiring managers on aspects of the talent acquisition process including recruitment strategy, candidate selection, and offer presentation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill organizational roles.
- Use social recruiting platforms, job boards, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates.
- Accurately evaluate candidates based on core competencies and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and talent pipelines, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Manage the flow of employee referrals and candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience handling high volumes of positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and pipeline creation.
