Your Role as a Real Estate Agent at The One Team Connecticut:

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients using Zillow Flex leads and other lead generation strategies.
• Leverage our Accelerate training program to master market knowledge, negotiation tactics, and sales techniques.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their home buying/selling journey.
• Network and build connections within the community to foster future business opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and contribute to our vibrant, positive work culture.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage innovative technology to enhance client experiences.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
