Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of various building systems and areas.

Responsibilities:

Trash Chute Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of trash chute systems.
Vent Exhaust Cleaning: Clean and maintain all vent exhaust systems to ensure proper function.
Dryer Cleaning: Thoroughly clean dryers and associated venting systems.
Porter Duties: Perform daily tasks including mopping, sweeping, and garbage removal.
Pressure Washing Services: Use pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces.
Apartment Packouts: Assist in clearing out apartments as needed.
Biohazard Cleaning: Safely clean and sanitize areas that have been exposed to biohazardous materials.
