Role Summary

The Canvasser role is a member of our sales & marketing team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales. This role manages their designated territories to help create more residential consumers to make the transition to solar energy. The Outside Sales Representative role is a crucial component to our company's culture and future growth of our company's leadership.

Responsibilities

Help lead residential consumers to understand the environmental and financial impact of solar energy.
Immerse yourself inside the organization to learn from industry leaders during weekly meetings and workshops.
Create opportunities by canvassing D2D inside your assigned territory that leads to new consumers.
Use all company CRMs to best prepare for appointments & follow up.
Manage ongoing relationships with current and past clients (Referrals).
Reply back to all work-related emails in professional time and manner.

Qualifications

Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while working under pressure.
Showcase leadership capabilities inside a change-oriented environment.
Results driven personality proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills while being able to voice to consumers.

Comfortable working on high ticket commission basis (Uncapped)
Reliable transportation

Salary: $70,000.00 - 150,000.00 per year
