Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator! You will be responsible for the effective management and processing of all live payroll accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of payroll information for 190 different companies
- Process payroll checks, either check or direct deposit
- Remit direct deposit information and submit payroll tax payments
- Review payroll setup for accuracy
- Process and mail quarterly payroll tax returns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience processing payroll
- Knowledge of payroll requirements
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure
