Job Description:
As a Door-to-Door Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with potential clients in designated residential areas. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities, introduce our products/services, and secure new accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
As a Door-to-Door Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with potential clients in designated residential areas. Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to residential prospects.
- Educate potential customers about our products/services and their benefits.
- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners to generate leads and close sales.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in door-to-door sales or direct sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
