Join our team at New Horizons Interiors as our operations coordinator! We’re a family owned company, in business for over 40 years. We specialize in commercial furniture, which we supply and install around the country. Looking for someone to lead our installers, coordinate upcoming projects, maintain an organized warehouse, communicate with clients and be able to lift 50 pounds. Forklift operator is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating installers every morning with all product for the day’s install.
• Unloading incoming trucks at our warehouse.
• Scheduling installs as product arrives.
• Communicating with clients on upcoming deliveries.
• Maintaining warehouse organization with lead installer.
• Following up with clients after install is complete to make sure everything went well.
Skills:
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Experienced in managing staff
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and OneDrive)
• Skillful at time management and ability to multi-task, prioritizing work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
