Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and control systems.
• Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to coordinate service appointments and project timelines.
• Complete service reports accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficient knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• EPA certification and relevant trade certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
