Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.

Position Summary:
The Virtual Services Program Manager is a key member of the Strategic Operations team that will own the operations and continuous improvement of Aware’s two fully virtual programs: Ambulatory Detox (AmbD) and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). This individual will be accountable for bringing efficiency and excellence to service-delivery and day-to-day operations, ensuring clients receive the highest quality care, and achieving the programs’ financial targets. The Program Manager will develop a broad understanding of Aware’s operations, develop creative solutions, and work cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives, and deliver value to the AmbD / MAT programs, as well as Aware overall.

Position Highlights:
  • This role is Remote but candidate must reside in one of the following states: CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, ME, MA, NH, OH, RI, VA, NJ, NY, AR, MN, PA, TX
  • May require occasional travel
  • The salary range for this position is $90k-$100K

Operations Management:

● Manage Virtual Services operations to ensure team members and business practices comply with established policies and procedures
● Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations and client/staff experience, propose solutions to increase efficiency, and implement changes as needed to drive towards established KPIs and program goals
● Collaborate closely with the Clinical, Admissions, and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure all clients receive high quality care in a timely manner with accurate billing and documentation
● Coordinate with department leaders to support their management of staff as it relates to the Ambulatory Detox program
● Identify and resolve potential risks and opportunities within the Virtual Services programs
● Work with the Strategic Operations team to identify, create and implement short-term/long-term strategic plans to actualize business objectives
● Partner with the Strategic Operations and Finance Departments to help develop, implement, and manage the Virtual Services budget
● Ensure labor allocation is carried out effectively by analyzing metrics to measure success, for example, client census and engagement, staff retention
● Facilitate Virtual Services leadership and staff meetings
● Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Director of Strategic OperationsRequired SkillsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields with a minimum of 4 years’ experience required 
  • Minimum of three years’ experience working in an Operations environment.
  • Healthcare Leadership experience preferred. Substance Use Disorder treatment and knowledge of various pathways to recovery preferred. 
  • 3+ years of experience working with payer, provider and employer markets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) 
  • Strong familiarity and understanding of legal matters related to diversity, equality, and inclusion, specifically federal guidelines as well as at the state level. Strive to consistently achieve excellence in all tasks and goals.
