Business/Data Analyst - Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid - 52906

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Business/Data Analyst to work on Pittsburgh, PA on Hybrid basis.

Pay Rate: $45 to $48/hr on W2 MAX

Job Description

Data/Business Analyst

• Work with the business stakeholders to determine both functional and data requirements
• Collect business data from multiple sources
• Write simple to complex queries or data transformation scripts using SQL and Python
• Use large data sets to define KPIs and generate reports
• Help maintain data frameworks
• Assist with process improvement

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in FinTech, specifically working with Payments (Swift - MT, MX messages, ACH - NACHA formats), Securities messages
  • Nice to have: Experience/Exposure to Financial Crimes Compliance - such as AML, Alert Investigations, Knowledge with Actimize or any other AML products
• JIRA
• Confluence
• Strong SQL skills
• Data Analysis skills
• Agile Experience (Epics, Stories, Working in Scrum/Sprint),
• Python (nice to have)
