Job Description:

We are currently looking for a full time enthusiatic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to cover the community (in-home) and a Senior Living Facility in the North West Columbus (Polaris), Ohio area.

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) would be responsible for following the plan of care set by the therapist, performing treatment visits, and communicating with supervising therapist regarding patient progress. Must be able to maintain weekly caseload of 25 - 30 visits a week for full time. Must be licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
