We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead a growing organization in Miami!
The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including overseeing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment offers.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute organizational strategies that drive business results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) strongly preferred.
