Manufacturing Assembler - Clean Room

Pay range: $17-24/hr DOE

**This position is located in Syracuse, NY.

Position Summary

Work with a team or autonomously to complete the assembly and fabrication of Cryocooler products. This includes setting up tests, documenting results, and communicating with management. Adhere to plant safety requirements and complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate and replace parts.
• Maintain equipment.
• Update Supervisor/Manager on a timely basis regarding progress, problems and other necessary inputs.
• Read production schedule, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used
• Review work orders to be sure documentation for latest revision is present before beginning testing procedures.
• Perform tests as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Manufacturing experience preferred.
