Job Description
We are seeking Bank Dispute Analysts for Tampa, Florida.
Requirements:
1 year of customer contact experience in a financial services organization
Back-office dispute processing experience
Experience working with VROL and Visa Online
Knowledge of TILA/REG Z– Billing errors, Reg E – Error resolution, UDAAP
Experience processing the issuance and removal of provisional or permanent credit to customer/member accounts
Experience working in a goal and productivity oriented environment
Good attendance and punctuality
