Title: Third Party Partner Compliance Officer
Location: Brooklyn, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Work week: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and completion of Bank's third-party compliance requests
Complete annual, quarterly, and one-off compliance tasks by or before their due date
Engage with managers and stakeholders within ETS, internal risk partners, and vendor contacts to gather required information to complete tasks
Track status and completion of tasks in Excel
Pull reporting from GRC (our Governance, Risk and Compliance portal) on a weekly basis
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
Experience with PowerPoint
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Experience in coordinating teams and clients
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
