Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a change agent to lead their HR team just outside of Knoxville, TN. You’ll serve as the key resource, expert, and thought leader regarding talent development, performance management, employee engagement approaches, and organizational structure. This role lives at the intersection of daily HR oversight and long-term strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and talent assessment. You’ll bridge the gap between the company’s vision for growth and the operational cadence to deliver results through strategic employee relations. You’ll use the depth and breadth of your experience to drive a growth mindset and culture of knowledge-sharing while inspiring cohesion amongst all stakeholders. If you’re looking to sit back and maintain the status quo, this would not be a good fit. However, if you’re looking to be more influential and blaze a new trail during a time of transformation, this could be perfect for you. Although your emphasis will be on strategic planning, you still must be a hands-on leader who is as comfortable presenting talent strategy to executives as they are on the production floor talking with operators and technicians. Don’t miss an opportunity to put your fingerprints on change and create a legacy you can be proud.

You’ve spent your career seamlessly balancing being a trusted advisor to an executive leadership team in facilitating change management and engagement strategies while still being an advocate for each employee within every layer of the organization. Although you are energized by change, you understand transformation isn’t as easy for everyone so you’ve thoughtfully crafted strategies to lessen resistance.
