Pricing Analyst

Overview: The Pricing Analyst is responsible for maintaining current pricing and customer group discounts on active items. This role will also work collaboratively with all departments to ensure accurate internal costs and fair market sell prices for FORCE America Distributing.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement supplier price increases the ERP system.
• Summarize and communicate relevant supplier cost increases to the impacted teams across the Distribution network.
• Assist in the determination of standard pricing discounts to customer groups.
• Maintain accurate purchased item costing in the ERP system.
• Assist with Procurement with analyzing current supplier costs.
• Ensure that inbound freight is being accurately accounted for and adjust as necessary.
• Administer new product rollout pricing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous pricing or related experience preferred.
• Possess and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Adept in Microsoft Excel and its data processing functionality.
• Proficiency in basic math skills to interpret and analyze numerical data effectively.
• Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced work environment.
• Self-directed and able to prioritize responsibilities.
• Proven self-starter with strong initiative and drive to achieve results autonomously.
• Detail oriented with an appreciation for deadlines.
• Enthusiastic attitude with good listening skills.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
