Job Description

If you have experience in Administrative and Project Management Support we want you to join our team!

We are headquartered in Orlando FL, with locations in Lake Mary FL, Charlotte NC, Denver CO, Philadelphia PA, and Birmingham AL.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the CEO and other company leadership to manage projects, organize and maintain files, keep up with their day-to-day calendar and communications. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting marketing activities, growth opportunities, recruiting and training, and other important projects of the company.

Ultimately, your primary objective is to significantly improve the efficiency and productivity of the CEOs and other company leaders, helping us improve business operations, performance, and company growth.

 

The candidate must be:

· Experienced in project management (Digital Marketing a big plus)

· Experienced in assisting and supporting senior team leadership

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Able to manage and organize multiple projects at once

· Proactive and able to solve problems independently

· Very organized with keen attention to detail

· An exceptional communicator, both oral and written

· Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

· A consummate professional

     

    Experience

    • Degree in business management, human resources, marketing or a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience as an executive assistant to C-level, business management, human resources, project management, or a similar role preferred.
