As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our firm. From managing incoming calls and organizing documents to providing administrative support and attending legal proceedings, you'll be an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with professionalism and courtesy.
• Scanning, faxing, and document uploads to our case management system.
• Organizing and managing legal documents with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Preparing correspondence and administrative paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintaining filing systems and records in compliance with firm policies.
• Assisting with document executions and other legal proceedings as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with technology and administrative tools, including Mac computer.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Residency in South Miami-Dade County, Florida.
