PSA Airlines is immediately seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor to join our Canton, OH Team!
Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructors are responsible for practically teaching training courses in an informal setting training such as, but not limited to, all aircraft systems & procedures, maintenance paperwork, stores department procedures (including hazardous materials handling/shipping safety), test equipment, composite repair, run/taxi operations & other subjects to Aircraft Maintenance personnel. The AMTI teaches recurrent, informal, test equipment & on-the-job training to company & vendor personnel. They regularly are tasked with researching, developing, implementing, & revising curriculum. Assisting with maintenance, upkeep, security & auditing of training records is a vital aspect of this role, along with maintaining proper completion/ submission of training documentation. The Maintenance Training Instructor will also perform other duties as assigned.

PSA Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor Requirements:
· Must have High school diploma or GED
· Must have current FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification
· Must have CRJ 700 or 900 aircraft maintenance experience
· Must be able to complete PSA Indoctrination training & General Familiarization (training qualifications accepted)
· Must be familiar with & able to navigate applicable Manuals (GMM, AMM, FIM, Wiring diagrams etc.)
· Must have a strong ability to utilize MS Office suite & maintenance software
· Must be proficient in the delivery of on-the-job training, presentations, & reports
· Must have ability to travel & work different shifts as required
· Must have a good working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations
· Must develop a thorough knowledge of PSA Manuals
· Must be Run Taxi/Qualified AMA if applicable (within 120 days of hire)
· Must be Airworthiness Release Qualified (within 120 days of hire)
· Must be detail oriented w/ ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
· Must have working knowledge of test equipment, specialized tools & machinery
· Must be capable of using respirators & other personal protective equipment (i.e., eye & hearing)
· Must possess/have the ability to obtain a U.S. Passport/equivalent (within 90 days of start date)
· Must have strong communication skills w/ ability to speak, read, & write in English
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
