Manager for FedEx Ground Service Provider - Up to $1000/week

Tajen Trucking is looking for individuals with experience managing P&D routes for FedEx Service Providers to join our team. Individuals must have excellent resource management skills and be able to balance the administrative and technical requirements of the job. Knowledge of Dynamic Route Optimization (DRO) is strongly preferred. Managers will be required to create routes utilizing DRO, create and publish employee schedules, monitor driver activity throughout the day, provide backup coverage to delivery drivers, oversee the maintenance of vehicles, respond to terminal inquires and concerns, train new employees and report to the terminal a minimum of 5 days per week.

Pay: Starting pay is up to $1000 per week.

Work Hours: We operate six (6) days a week Monday - Saturday. Manager's work week will typically be 5 days per week. Saturdays are rotational amongst the team.  

Managers will arrive at the terminal at 8am along with drivers and will remain on duty until routes are delivered.

Requirements:

- Must be willing to obtain F Endorsement on your TN driver's license.

- Clean Motor Vehicle Record

- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older

- Must be able to pass a drug test (includes cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.)

- Must be willing to submit for a background check

- Must be able to pass a DOT Medical physical exam (eligible for reimbursement by employer)

- Physically able to handle packages up to 50 pounds
