WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We provide a competitive salary ranging between $62,500 and $83,000, with an incentive-based commission structure and great benefits.

While working in this management role, you can expect a consistent work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Forklift Shop Service Manager, you assess the workload and strategize the daily schedule for technicians, aiming for maximum efficiency. Throughout the day, you provide hands-on training and support to your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in the shop. Managing invoicing is essential, so you diligently oversee this process, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency. Above all, you prioritize exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every client leaves satisfied. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, but with your proactive approach and commitment to excellence, you navigate them all to keep the shop running smoothly.

WHAT'S REQUIRED OF OUR FORKLIFT REPAIR SHOP MANAGERS?

• 2+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic
• 1+ years of experience in field or shop service
• Previous experience building motors and transmissions/hydraulic pumps
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong time management skills
• Factory training (preferred)
• Experience working as a mechanic in an industrial or plant environment OR formal automotive training in a trade school/ASE (preferred)
