A Dynamic, full-time Commercial Property Manager position is available at an outstanding Management Company for several Class A office and retail properties in St. Louis. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!
Responsibilities/Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-5+ years of Commercial experience required
- A+ Customer Service required
- Preparation of financial statements and monthly reports
- Leadership experience a Must/ Motivation, etc.
- Tenant involvement is very important
- Work with Vendors/Contractors
- Assist with the acquisition, disposition, and onboarding process of new projects
- Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
- Degree Preferred but not required
