Job Description
Salary: $24 per hour

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Database Entry Coordinator. As the Database Entry Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our company database. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in our company database on a daily basis
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular checks and audits
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to database entries
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any database issues
  • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Assist in training new employees on database entry procedures


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
