Program Manager (Digital Marketing)(Remote)

Remote

$60-$65hr (Weekly pay + benefits)

6-12 month contract (Excellent potential for extension)

Full-time M-F 8am-5pm (able to attend meetings EST/CST)

As Program Manager in Digital Revenue Marketing, youll be dedicated to supporting our integrated marketing campaigns in the program build and execution.Our client has three different cross-functional marketing working groups each led by a Demand Generation Manager to drive campaigns to market.In this role, you will support the three Demand Generation Managers across three working groups by ensuring clear communication, documenting work in new issues, timely management of milestones, meeting coordination, and process improvements. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments to support achieving our marketing projects forward who is comfortable managing projects without direct authority.


As the right candidate, you have a proven track-record delivering, coordinating and ensuring marketing programs meet target dates in a fast-paced environment, along with the ability to work closely with marketing campaign managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver against accelerated timelines, and proactively flag and mitigate risks. You are calm under pressure, clearly set expectations, and are results-driven.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of integrated marketing program milestones are met in close collaboration with Marketing Campaign Managers.
  • Lead specific priorities end-to-end, coordinating and managing the execution of work across cross-functional and globally distributed teams
  • Support the management of multiple campaigns and programs in tandem, understanding how to juggle competing priorities
  • Intake project plans (including comprehensive timelines), which include defining milestones, tasks and activities needed to achieve project goals with documentation and follow up
  • Identify and proactively manage program risk, and collaborate with Campaign Managers to mitigate risks across the program portfolio
  • Plan and own change management activities (both internal and external)
  • Drive collaboration across many stakeholders to define program goals and define metrics of success, taking into account available resources, dependencies, budget, priorities and other constraints
  • Prepare and deliver reports on program progress and risk
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the Integrated Marketing team and internal stakeholder to optimize for customer experience and ROI
  • Work with Marketing leads to gain alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution and conduct regular updates
  • Embody our growth mindset leadership principle to drive continued improvement


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-10yr of Program Management experience supporting digital marketing within a Global Tech/SaaS company
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns in the program build and execution.
  • Experience with Jira and Google Suite (sheets, docs, calendar, etc.)
  • Successful track record executing highly visible and mission-critical projects and programs
  • Experience with documentation; ability to create tickets to report any project issues.
  • Experience with track-record delivering, coordinating and ensuring marketing programs meet target dates in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience to identify and proactively manage program risk, and collaborate with Campaign Managers to mitigate risks across the program portfolio
  • Must have experience working closely and collaborating with Marketing Campaign Managers/Demand Generation Managers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience setting up project plans (including comprehensive timelines), which include defining milestones, tasks and activities needed to achieve project goals with documentation and follow up
  • Solid experience driving and releasing changes impacting internal processes, products, and customers
  • Able to manage and execute programs with minimal supervision
  • Superior analytical skills and particular attention to detail with good business judgment and exceptional maturity, diplomacy, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You are tenacious, with the emotional intelligence to know when to push harder and when to look for alternative approaches
  • Professional leader who is skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and enthusiasm to drive large-scale transformations in a high growth company
  • Self-starter mentality, yet a team player with a collaborative approach
