Travelling Industrial Service Tech - $28/hr plus $70/day and 2x OT!

IF YES, we are seeking a Industrial Manufacturing Field Service Technician in the Lancaster, PA area! The Field Service Tech is responsible installation and repair of industrial packaging machinery with the use of voltmeters and oscilloscopes. Your objective will be to ensure equipment sold by the company is installed and performing at a high level, keeping the clients happy!

Responsibilities:

• Installation and repair of industrial packaging machinery.
• Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.
• Using database and spreadsheets for written reports for management.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience performing hands-on equipment maintenance.
• 1 year of experience determining the causes of electronics failures, using such tools as digital voltmeters and oscilloscopes.
• Must live within 1 hour of a major airport located in Dallas, Atlanta, Columbus, OH, Lancaster, PA, Phoenix, Portland, or San Francisco Bay Area.
• Be able to travel 100% to job sites, including overnight and weekends.
• Must have at least a $3,000 available credit card balance (not debit card) to pay for hotel stays (Reimbursed weekly)

Shift info:

• M - F with frequent weekends
• 4 Week Training program in Lancaster, PA
• Always 40+ hours /week (sometimes late nights at customer sites repairing equipment)
• May be away from home multiple weeks at a time
• Work from home with travel 100% to job sites through North America, including weekends.
• Additional $70 /day per diem, no receipts required.
• Paid 1.5x and often 2x salary for OT ($15K-$20K available OT annually)
• Normal 8 hours, unless at a customer site.
