Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. As a Water Mitigation Technician at Paramount Restoration, you will play a crucial role in mitigating water damage, restoring properties, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing industry-leading equipment and techniques to effectively manage water-related emergencies.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with customers, explain procedures, and communicate with claim adjusters when needed.

· Ability to lead, teach, and instruct the general laborers

· Ability to coordinate and lead water mitigation projects, completing them in a timely manner while adhering to industry standards

· Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential hazards and safety concerns

· Document all project activities, including moisture readings, photos, and job progress.

· Maintain vehicle and equipment being used (daily maintenance and cleaning)

· Provide quality customer service, address customers' concerns, and ensure satisfaction

· Write estimates for projects and complete proper documentation and paperwork

· Ability to be on a 24/7 on-call rotation for an emergency extraction and mitigation.

· Ability to travel out of town for emergency work if needed

Qualifications:

· Lead Water Mitigation Tech experience

· IICRC certifications preferred

· Valid Drivers License

· High school diploma/GED

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

· Ability to work safely with Chemicals

· Ability to move up and down a latter if needed to remove ceilings and enter attics

· Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly and occasionally lift 100-150 lbs. with another team member.
