We're seeking an experienced Event Floral Designer to join our team and help us continue to elevate our floral offerings.</p><p>As an Event Floral Designer, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing breathtaking floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

From intimate gatherings to lavish celebrations, you'll use your artistic flair to bring our clients' visions to life. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our clients, event planners, and fellow artisans to ensure every detail is perfect.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral designs.</li><li>Create detailed proposals and presentations that showcase your design concepts.</li><li>Source high-quality flowers, foliage, and materials to bring your designs to life.</li><li>Design and arrange floral installations, centerpieces, bouquets, and other decorative elements for events.</li><li>Set up and install floral designs at event venues, ensuring everything looks flawless.</li><li>Work closely with our retail team to incorporate floral arrangements into our retail studio displays.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in floral design, incorporating innovative ideas into your work.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience with a focus on event and wedding florals.</li><li>Strong artistic ability and a keen eye for design aesthetics.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li><li>Proficiency in floral design techniques, including color theory, texture, and composition.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.</li><li>Knowledge of local flower varieties and seasonal availability is a plus.</li></ul><p>Join Our Team:<br>At The Red Twig, we believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where creativity thrives.
