Job Description
Quality Assurance Improvement Quality Engineer Assistant Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize quality costs.
- Monitor and analyze customer complaints, developing action plans to address identified issues.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure quality assurance is integrated into all service delivery aspects.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to develop and implement cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead supplier factory inspections and part analysis to identify quality issues and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified quality issues.
- Investigate specific instances of customer complaints at dealerships to identify root causes.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Travel Requirement
Domestic / International travel required.
