The Social Media designer plays both a creative and tactical role in creation of The RealReal's organic and paid social media content. This position requires a passion for social media content, fashion, and the circular economy that translates to compelling and emotional social content for all channels. At all times, the Social Media Designer has his/her finger on the pulse of online conversation about our brand and drives both the strategy and execution of social creative . Through close partnership with the rest of the brand team, creative and marketing, the Social Media Designer ensures we are actively engaged with and responsive to our community.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital/social management for a fashion brand or publication
Equally adept at big picture thinking and tactical execution
Strategic thinker who demonstrates sound judgment
Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt to conversational style for social Results-oriented self-starter able to multitask and prioritize workload
Detail oriented and organized
Team player with a collaborative approach
Ability to work hybrid from NYC, NY
Ability to Travel 10%

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with native in app editing

The expected salary range for this role is $85,680.00 - $122,400.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
