General Superintendent

T&T Construction is hiring a Full-Time General Superintendent.

Role: The General Superintendent continually evaluates manpower and project progress ensuring that Safety, Quality, Schedules, and Budgets are maintained in accordance with company policies, standards, and core values.

In the role, they implement  and communicate company initiatives, training systems, and workforce development programs from the superintendents to the craftsman.

Required Experience: (5-7 years) as a Project Superintendent on projects of multiple types and scopes.

Outstanding leadership ability that is both proven and consistent over extended periods of time.

Superior organizational, supervisory and communication skills both oral & written.

Self-starter that is detail oriented with the ability to complete multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy.

Exceptional follow-up ability and communication skills, written and verbal.

Ability to adapt quickly to schedules and project changes.

Strong technology knowledge and skills including, but not limited to, the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, Planswift, Somero equipment, CIP forming systems, grading and laser screeds, 3D systems, finishing equipment, and any other technology required to perform the role.

Capability to think ahead, identify and resolve potential problems, and the ability to learn quickly.
