A fast-growing manufacturing company in Kenosha, WI is looking for an EHS Lead to join their team as soon as possible. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Requirements of the EHS Lead

• Strong manufacturing background
• 6+ years of HSE experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities of the EHS Lead

• Leads hazard identification, environmental aspect identification and risk assessment programs to identify strategic risk improvement opportunities and gaps in health, safety, and environmental compliance obligations
• Inspects the organization's facilities for safety, health, and environmental risks
• Drives improvement to health, safety and environmental performance metrics using a risk-based and data-driven approach
• Evaluates site health, safety and environmental data, legal compliance findings, and internal and external audit results to build a tactical improvement plan
• Maintains an effective and healthy working relationship on behalf of the company with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state and local regulatory agencies
• Records, calculates and tracks KPI progress for HSE

Full-Time, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $80,000 - $105,000 a year, based on experience
